I am a freelance journalist and part-time lecturer.

I am from Boyle in County Roscommon, and have been covering sport for the Roscommon Herald since 2008. I’ve also covered news and local politics in the Roscommon region, and have had a wide variety of features published in the paper. A selection of my work with the Roscommon Herald is available to view on my personal website.

I joined the Journalism Faculty in Griffith College Dublin (GCD) as a part-time lecturer in 2013. I have lectured journalism undergraduates in ‘News Media Production’, ‘Research Methods’, ‘Understanding Society’ and ‘Contemporary Society & Political Systems’ .
